Ann-Maree & Jason came up to visit us last weekend from St. Louis over Memorial Day. It was Jason's first trip to Chicago so he was busy seeing a lot of sights. Ann-Maree is an old pro at touring Chicago so on most days we just caught up with them after nap time. Here are some of those times:
Jason wanted to take a segway tour really bad but we wouldn't permit our guests to
spend money on a thrill they could also find by walking faster.
We ran across a moving Memorial Day tribute to the soldiers who have died at war.
Brunch in the Hancock Tower is a touring secret you should know when you visit Chicago. Instead of paying just to get to the viewing deck, go to lunch at the Signature Room while you enjoy the view for close to the same price. You can find more tips like that on my website, www.rickgaspard.com
James is not in danger. Some kid already busted through the window earlier that day and how often does that happen twice?
Come back soon, friends!!!
