The kids have spent a lot of time with friends & family this summer.

Aunt Julianne had a day off of work and we all went to the zoo. Their new Savannah exhibit is great.
Here they are looking at what James called, "those mean things from the Lion King."
You can feed the giraffes! This is special giraffe lettuce, not the regular stuff. I know that because this piece of lettuce cost about $2.
Next time I'm going to just feed them dollar bills, maybe quarters.
There is a jeep that's half in the lion's habitat and half out so the kids can ride it.
This guy is enormous! If I could only know what James was thinking here...
