Clay has someone amazing doing his schedule at work and she was able to get him an entire week off after Christmas which meant we were able to visit our Dallas family too, hooray! Clay hasn't had to work one Christmas morning since we've been married which is a blessing working for a hospital.
The Gaspards all waited for the rest of their family to arrive before celebrating--how did they do it?! Todd & Sedona were able to come down from New York so everyone was home. We won't all be together again until their wedding which is coming up fast. The first night we arrived to a fancy Christmas dinner.
Here's James getting some hugs from his Aunt Noelle
It was Todd's turn to put the angel on the tree this year.
Uncle Todd & Aunt Julianne give James a hand with unwrapping his presents.
Later we took a nice walk around the neighborhood and enjoyed the warm weather!
Here I asked Sedona to pretend like Todd just told a funny joke and she did a pretty good job. She must be used to laughing at Todd's funny jokes.
James is such a sweet little kisser!
James & Hollis will be walking down the aisle together as Ring Bearer & Flower Girl at Todd & Sedona's wedding so we had them practice holding hands. Hollis has really taken James under her wing--she knows he's just a baby and it's her job to make sure he gets down that aisle. She's so cute!
Well, this is going to be a tear jerker! Hopefully they can pull this kiss off at the wedding!
Here is cousin Angie, Hollis' Mommy, who we love!
It was warm enough that week for Papa to take James on a wagon ride in the back yard. There were so many fun things to play with back there because Papa has so many hobbies. There was the Dodge truck he's rebuilding, the tool workshop, the greenhouse & the barbeque pit.
James was curious about the greenhouse where he found his favorite toys--rocks.
We had a wonderful time with all of our family members and know that we are greatly, greatly blessed to have them. We thank God for you all. Christ is Born! Glorify Him!
